I have literally never heard a single coworker say something good about working here. Common complaints are subpar compensation, ridiculous bureaucracies and inefficiencies, and general issues with legacy technologies. This all culminated, at least for me and my group, in a crushing malaise and general office-wide depression. However, BoA is a massive company; this very well could just be my very small group at the end of one branch of the bank.
Fix your tech compensation! Your technology products cost more than they should because, by and large, your technology employees are highly sub-par. I'm on a <3 year old project that is already largely unmaintainable in some areas because the original dev team was so incompetent.
