They allowed employees to get all the overtime you could handle, including coming in on weekends. The training was very good, and they really make you feel comfortable before you get on the phone and start servicing loans.
You have to have thick skin working a job like this. Everyday, depending on what queue you're put into, you have to talk to depressing/angry people. Some people really have it rough and will cry or yell at you depending on their situation. I had a family explain to me that they couldn't pay their mortgage because their son had cancer and they had high medical bills. Sad.
Honestly, that management was great. They were very helpful, and whenever calls were escalated, they were always there to lend a hand.
