My team is excellent to work with. I was provided with all necessary training for someone new to the tech field. There are lots of opportunities to be involved in personal and professional development within the company.
As with any large company, sometimes decisions are made higher up the chain that cause a lot of restructuring at the lower levels, which can cause difficulties.
