Good place to work
Great work-life balance, good benefits. The company has great values and a great team to work with. Salary was okay in comparison to the market.
Not that much in my case. I worked offshore and I had different benefits. Management needs to improve, and sometimes it feels like it's too big to react fast to changes.
Think better before making any big changes.
