It's awesome for young adults. Great leave policies for having a kid, it helps pay for daycare for lower earners, and affordable insurance based on salary.
Worrying too much about nonsense paperwork, with stupid checkboxes checked, yet not worried about actual requirements being given and met. They cater to young people with leave, but do nothing for middle-aged people, long-term employees who have to care for elderly parents. Makes sure you know you are replaceable with an offshore resource at any time.
Instead of PC lip service, have REAL dialogue about how to live together. Developing a community is more important than race, orientation, or gender.
