The pay was fair for the market: $235K base. Moynihan is a great CEO. His ideas are good.

Cons

Management is more than 20 years behind on people management. That's why their attrition rate is so high.

People follow each other in different groups, help each other, and promote each other.

Managers micromanage, are forgetful, unresponsive, overpromise, underdeliver, and look out for their own careers only.

Advice to Management
  1. Dissolve teams that have followed each other to different departments for years.
  2. Require managers to take training and certifications and update themselves.
  3. Provide a more relaxed environment.
  4. Reward individuals and new ideas.
  5. Reduce collusion and politics.
