Great company to work for.
No cons as far as I can remember.
I had a phone call at first, and then had to go in for an in-person interview. Three people interviewed me at the same time and I had to answer many questions. It wasn't too bad, and I got the job. They called me the next day.
The interview process took two weeks and was very smooth. There was great communication from the HR team. They kept me up to date on the status of the posting and provided me with an outline of the benefits offered by the company.
The first couple of interviews consisted of questions around C++ and multithreading. Then there were questions related to the banking business. We also discussed bonuses and compensation, which are still pretty good.
