Technology is being revamped. Anyone joining the legacy groups is in danger of getting terminated. A lot of technology work is being outsourced. You have to work with staff that are not BoFA employees. This creates some friction, as they are under a different payscale and different work culture.
Hire more U.S.-based, quality employees. Do not look to cut costs with outsourced companies.
