Company policy and HR policy are progressive and promote work-life balance. Salaries are reasonable. The company is stable. Software development is very process-oriented, not the chaotic, mismanaged process you see in smaller companies. There is a large workforce, offering options for horizontal mobility.

Cons

An associate's career progress, quality of life, work environment, etc., can be controlled too much by the immediate manager.

Advice to Management

There has to be anonymous and compulsory upward and cross evaluation of managers by associates to evaluate manager performance with respect to ensuring a friendly and safe work environment.
