There was a good learning curve.
Micromanaging was very prevalent during my time.
The hiring process involved a first telephonic interview for 45 minutes. Then, I was asked to come for a face-to-face interview which lasted for 1 hour. Finally, there was a telephonic round with HR for 30 minutes.
There were 5 rounds: 2 telephonic, 1 manager, 1 LOB, and finally an HR round. The first round was regarding project description, tools, and technologies used in the project. The 2nd round was too technical, regarding the technologies. The manager
It was an easy one, mostly HR-based, with fewer technical questions. Even the technical ones were easy, mostly related to current projects. Just bluff around and you are in. Be honest, and you will be shown the door. Funny indeed.
