No career advancement. It takes ages to get promoted. To be eligible for promotion takes 3 years, and on top of that, your leads should be fine with your promotion, else you have to wait indefinitely.
No role/technology changes within the company.
Working on old technologies that are not used anywhere in the market.
Too much office politics in Chennai offices.
The HR team is a joke. They are there getting free salary and commissions from consultancy firms. They don't take candidates through internal referrals as they won't get commission or bribes from consultancies.
You have to really reintrospect where BOA is heading.
