A lot of changes happened in the last year to move to Agile adoption
A lot of projects need to be upgraded, which brings challenges.
Since there are a lot of reorganizations happening, it is still trying to make the right call as far as technology direction.
There are too many projects with very little annual budget, and so I'm not sure about the future.
