A complete, employee-friendly company with good HR policies. The best thing I liked about BOFA is that higher management is easily reachable.
I think they still need to think more in the technology part.
Telephonic interview just to analyze whether my skills fit their requirements for hiring me. But till now, I didn’t get any response from the HR team. I was asked more about agile testing and my daily activities.
I attended an interview in the month of April on a Saturday. It was an all-women's drive. After waiting for almost 3 hours past the scheduled time, I was called for the first round of interview. It turned out to be a telephonic one, and very basic q
It took a whole day and seemed like a walk-in. There was a lot of people and a lot of waiting time. There were three rounds, including Java, Spring, Hibernate, jQuery, and Angular JS. Most of the questions were average; 10% were really tough.
