Pros
  1. Plenty of opportunities to learn and explore new things.
  2. Very low work pressure, even if you are in a development project.
  3. Global brand.
  4. High-end pay and perks, including AC cabs, health insurance, life insurance, food, etc.
  5. Very good work environment with minimal politics and favoritism compared to Indian IT service companies.
  6. Nice colleagues.
  7. Free food/accommodation at onsite locations too.
  8. Everything is standardized and process-driven.
  9. They recognize talent.
  10. Flexible timings. Sometimes depends on the manager.
  11. If you are very talented, you can explore international opportunities and permanently settle abroad through internal job postings.
Cons
  1. Onsite opportunities have less duration, but you can get at least 3 months if you stay there continuously. Rarely can you get long term. You cannot expect too much savings.

  2. Can give more salary to retain top talent. Salary is comparatively less than other captive companies like Goldman Sachs.

  3. No night shift allowance. Only free food and snacks.

  4. Too many security norms.

Advice to Management

Create more onsite opportunities to retain talent.

Pay can be slightly increased, comparable to other captive companies.

Curb and never let favoritism and workplace politics fester.
