I have worked as a contractor with them for a year now. The pay is pretty good. The work culture is good. There is a lot of support, guidance, and freedom from the manager to work as required for the project.
However, work-life balance is not so good. More importance is given to completing the project by a fixed deadline rather than considering work load and capacity. And it is very difficult to get converted to full-time.
