Sorry, in a corrupt environment you don't see anything positive.
99.9% of people in the IT department are from South Asia. It's a very corrupt environment. You have to understand their culture to handle them, and this is not easy or honest for the institution you're working for.
All tasks in sprint planning are repeated in the next sprint. You ask yourself, what is going on?
Don't forget that you're working for a valuable company and you're responsible for keeping corruption out of it. The company should have a standardized culture, understandable for anybody!
