Bank now requiring mandatory vaccination status on move to mandatory vaccinations
Decent pay, allows work from home for now.
Poor executive leadership. Poor policies and procedures, now requiring mandatory vaccination status in violation of HIPAA laws. This is stating that an executive order requires vaccination status from employers with over 100 employees.
Only allowing vaccinated employees back to work, singling out non-vaccinated employees by placing them in different work pods, requiring daily testing, and not allowing them to be in workplace meetings.
You are driving employees away. I have known three employees leave within the past two weeks and two not accept offers at Bank because of policies being mandated.
