The salary can be good, but it will vary every year with the bonus. Formerly, remote work was allowed, but that has ground to a halt.
No work-life balance, and they value process over progress. Extreme favoritism. Their benefits are not great anymore. I saved tons of money on new employers' insurance.
The CIO is not qualified.
