Very bad. Fully luck based; cannot be any other criteria. Interviewers do not much themselves. Also, no planning by the HR team. 300+ interviewed and 100+ got selected, so you can guess.

1st round - online test. 2nd round - technical interview. 3rd round - HR interview. The technical interview contained basics of IT, OOPs concepts, and it was more dependent on the resume, specifically about the projects.
