Nice selection of technologies.
Very smart people – these folks know their stuff from a technological point of view.
Decent amount of development work.
Several of the developers I'd consider friends.
Pay is good.
Very long hours, nights and weekends.
Each release was a catastrophe, every single week.
Clique-ish – if you weren't in the in-crowd, you got the shaft and were eventually let go. It didn't matter how your performance was.
Work-life balance was almost non-existent for some folks. Please stop the death march approach. It doesn't work, and this is not a startup.
