Constant encouragement to learn more, with on-the-job training.
Agile methodology is used throughout.
Difficult to envisage a future with BAML. Not enough social aspects. Feel like we are a “cog in the wheel”, not actually valued.
Make promotions easier. Without promotions, it feels like we are all stuck in a rut.
