The management team does not know how to steer the company in the correct direction. The technology is at least 5 years behind competitors. My manager would change my hours so I would get underpaid. The work was extremely boring. The bank wastes so much money on nonsense (new initiatives and programs), which makes development work more expensive and less efficient. This job gave me great insight as to why I will never use Bank of America for my general banking or my wealth management.
