Pros

Good pay as per market standards. Great Senior Management and Managers. Also employees' friendly policies. Great work-life balance. Nice employee benefits like long paternity leaves, health insurance benefits, wellness care plans, etc. Excellent leave benefits.

Cons

In some projects, new tech stack adaptations might be slow, and this depends entirely on the team and projects.

Some projects might have long-timers who wouldn’t have much work and point out others on any issues. They might also create internal politics within the team. This might irritate you if you are someone who wants to do productive work and avoid unnecessary distractions.

Advice to Management

Everything that is currently very good (at least in projects in Chennai involving development).

But if there are any steps taken to avoid internal politics within the team, it could improve the efficiency in the day-to-day work for really good employees. Other than that, everything is good.
