Promises of full-time opportunities were not given to the best engineers on the team due to a hiring freeze that's lasted over a year now.

First round interview was a general get-to-know-you. I was given a take-home project to create an ETL pipeline. I chose not to move forward with my application due to another job offer.

Mostly behavioral questions and just asked about my resume. The interview felt conversational, but I hear they ask some data structure questions or other tech-focused questions now. They aren't LeetCode style, however.
