Originally hired on a 6-month contract-to-hire. Offered a full-time position after 6 months. I just had a phone interview with my first manager.

They took their time to get to know me and offered interesting questions that allowed me to demonstrate my ability to perform well in the work environment. The process took a couple of weeks, and I was able to start about a month after the interview

It was done by multiple people, and then a test. The person I would work for did not do the interview. The process took several weeks and three different interviews.
