Reasonable workload for reasonable pay, and they encourage learning new skills.
Required me to move and go into an office, even though I could be working from home.
Change the work-from-home policy to allow more employees to work from home. Ideally, let direct managers override the policy such that they can set the maximum work-from-home time per week.
