Pros

They pay you well enough.

Cons

Managers were never available to talk to you. I would go DAYS without hearing back from them on time-sensitive projects, then get yelled at when I wasn't completing tasks on time. They use Skype/Outlook to communicate, and more than half the time ignore you, even with persistent pestering.

They are racist. Bunch of Indian managers trying to get more Indian people in the company. If you're any race other than Indian, they hate you and refuse to help you. I had to learn Cassandra on the job (they knew I didn't know it and asked me to learn it) but while telling me to learn it, they mocked me publicly for not knowing it previously. Then, another one of my teammates (Indian) said she also doesn't know Cassandra, and now everything is okay and it's fine to not know it. There are too many examples like this to list of Indian favoritism. I suppose if you're Indian, this place will be perfect for you, but any other races should run for the hills.

I had managers shout at me multiple times (only Indian managers) for not understanding something or asking clarifying questions. Many of my colleagues there also felt the same way as me.

Furthermore, on the tech side, they are using extremely outdated technology such as SoapUI for fully-fledged QA testing. Software engineers will spend 60% of their time developing crappy SoapUI tests. Their development process is a mess, and everyone across multiple teams is sharing dev/test environments, and there is no way to test your code locally. This means that everyone is competing for compute time, and you only have seconds to upload and test your code before someone else deploys their code (overwriting your deployment). Such a disaster of a company. They're going to die as a company unless something drastic changes fast.

Advice to Management

Stop being so aggressive or verbally abusive to your engineers.
