A good place to work long term
Good pension and insurance benefits. Good place to work for 10+ years. They never do lay offs, except you're really trying to get fired. Good work-life balance. The culture and values are also very good. Very inclusive as well.
Not so competitive salary.
Company is too big to fail at this point, so sometimes not too much pressure.
