Highly regulated environment, leading to restrictive policies and constant requirements for training. A large percent of time is spent every day on preventative and remedial work to ensure the highest levels of security with all IT systems.
Managers are good at avoiding micromanaging, but perhaps are too good at it.
Most teams seem to be understaffed and overworked in general.
