Good company to work in and good work-life balance.
No cons about working here.
It was a very pleasant experience and generally not that hard. There were two rounds of interviews. One round was behavioral, and the other round was technical. Prepare for the behavioral interview, and you should be fine.
- Screening call with HR. - 1.5-hour interview with manager, split into a coding interview and questions. - Casual conversation after these things regarding the position and role. - Company culture seemed good, and the manager seemed nice as well.
The interview is easy. There are a few basic Python questions and GK. The people are nice and friendly. There's not much else to say about it. Most people there have been there many, many years.
