Good 401k benefits. You can rest and vest. Generally chill people where accountability is secondary. Some folks are good.
Don't expect to get promoted. At least in tech, it totally depends on what project you are on. Your skills have nothing to do with the promotion.
A manager will pick one to his liking and will promote him/her once in a blue moon. Poor pay otherwise. Getting a promotion and taking more responsibility for that pay is no good. People in here think they will live forever.
