I had a phone screen with a member of their IT department, and it was a horrible experience overall. The interviewer had an incredibly heavy accent, and I couldn't understand him. When I asked him to repeat a question more than once, he got frustrate

It was a 2-level process. The first was a technical round, and the second was HR. Both rounds were elimination rounds and happened on the same day. Once you clear both rounds, you will get the result the next day.

It was fair and good. It was on the phone, and then in person. First with HR, then with team leads. A job offer was made in about one week.
