Pros

Pandemic response was excellent. Benefits are good.

401k matches 5% per paycheck, and you get a non-performance-tied 3% of your total salary deposited into your 401k per year, regardless of if you contribute to it.

PTO Package:

  • 160 hours PTO
  • 16 hours personal
  • 64 hours sick
  • 80 hours holidays
  • Option to purchase 40 hours additional PTO

Upper management is listening to employee surveys, and there's been improvement.

Cons

Very high stress, and departments are run with as few people as possible, which can make taking the aforementioned vacation time difficult.

Advice to Management

Increase staff within GT&O so the workload is better distributed. (I can't speak for the other lines of business on that.)
