Did not enjoy the work culture of the group
The base salary is better than many other banks, but don't expect much bonus.
Middle management (directors) are not good leaders. It looks like they were promoted because they were with the firm for a long time, not because they are good leaders.
I saw so much employee turnover in my group. Is management even acknowledging the problem with this? They should investigate this and have skip-level meetings with employees.
