Not organized, relatively informal and ad-hoc. Interviewed by multiple developers. An HR person slashed a higher salary offer. In general, BofA is a poor paymaster; however, the work hours are relaxed.

It was an interesting experience. Easier to do because of the video interview, but still a bit nerve-wracking. I had to talk about the things I can bring to the company and describe my skillset.

There are two levels of interview: first round and second round. First round was easy, asking oops concepts and some basic string manipulation questions. Second round interview asked from the project and Spring Boot questions.
