Pros

Committed to providing a good work environment for staff at all low levels. They empower the lower levels of management to complete the steps necessary to meet the bank's goals.

Cons

The frustration comes with the replacement of high-quality tools with more generic tools at a lower cost. Staff is reduced too frequently.

Advice to Management

Consider the value of productivity before replacing technology tools. Also consider the value of staff and subject matter knowledge before targeting them for a layoff.
