I work from home 100%. I was provided all of the tools and resources to be successful and stay completely in contact with my global team, my customers, my management, and other BofA/ML teammates. My salary is fair and competitive, and opportunities to shine are abundant.
I wish the benefits were like the 'old days,' but that's not the bank's fault.
No real negatives. I love my job at BofA/ML.
Please don't take away the 'MyWork' program. I am so much more productive working from home, not having to commute and being able to balance my work and family life.
