The immediate group that I was working with had a lot of sharp co-workers.
I enjoyed working there. I was fortunate to work under very good managers and mentors most of the time.
Lot of red tape and politics around you. Some of the managers are not interested in employee growth.
I have seen a lot of changes around the company. It is getting better fast for a large corporation. Till it gets in full swing, please ensure good employees and top performers are not adversely impacted.
