Pros

The company is populated by some of the hardest-working, genuinely good-hearted people I've ever worked with.

Many are consummate professionals, and the company invests in technology like few other companies do.

Cons

De-emphasis on remote/flexible work, which is of greater concern in light of COVID.

Work processes are sometimes very inefficient, though there are efforts to address them.

Advice to Management

For jobs that don't require office presence, Bank of America should seriously reconsider this requirement. They offer medical exemptions, but I've heard this involves a lot of red tape. Stressing over this doesn't help the work-life balance of employees who want normalcy but recognize COVID is still a risk. Why should anyone be required to take that risk, and expose their families to it, when their work can be done as well remotely?
