On a phone interview, as I was returning to the same group of which I was previously part. Questions were mostly about what I was working on since I left the company.
Met with the manager, the manager's manager, and other team members during the course of the interview process. All in person. Everyone was amicable, and you could tell they were really wanting to find the right fit for the role. They made a decision
