Cons: - As the company grows, it's becoming increasingly difficult to form connections with folks in other organizations. This is especially true during remote work due to COVID-19. - There are certainly growing pains. Most teams are stretched pretty thin, as hiring velocity struggles to keep up with growing business needs.

Pros: Some of the kindest, most capable, and humblest people I've ever worked with.

Cons: Somewhat low drive and low pay relative to "elite" tech companies.
