The interviewer was unhelpful and mostly just sat there in silence. They straight-up said the interview was supposed to be easy. The type of people hired and the culture here seem awful; people do not seem pleasant to work with. The recruiter was also quite impolite and just randomly called me, delivering the news that I didn't do very well over a phone call at a time that was inconvenient to me.

It was a design-related question.
