Initial interview discussed work background, with a positive outcome.

Second phone call: I wanted to focus on what the job was, plus pay, plus vacation time. It was a positive conversation, except they were firm on only 3 weeks vacation per year, which was a deal breaker for me.

Standard behavioral and background experience first-stage interview. I explicitly asked to review salary and vacation to level-set expectations; they seemed to be below market in both categories.
