Too many interviews to actually get the job. I went through 4, and it took 5 months before they actually decided to hire me.
Early on, one of the people who interviewed me was a new hire who had only been there 2 days. Seriously? You put a newbie out there to interview folks, expecting that this person is going to know if the candidate is a good fit for your company, culture, and specific job?
I had all sorts of unexpected questions.
Early on, they were asking me questions about a position that I hadn't even applied for. I had to ask them why they brought me in if I didn't apply for this job and didn't have anything on my resume, no keywords, no experience even related to it.
I'll leave it at that.
