Process

Too much networking, and has no respect for talent. Especially when it comes to the Best Buy Mobile Manager (quasi-supervisor) position. The District Manager is totally biased and has been known for it. But then again, it is not how good you are, but rather who you know.

Questions

They like to ask if there is a situation where you have to deal with an unhappy customer or if you have to go out of your way to solve a problem which you created.
