Pros: You've got awesome teammates who are willing to help you and tag in.
Cons: When you start the job, there seem to be quite a number of things that you have to figure out by yourself. It would have been much easier and more efficient to include those things in the training.

- Get to learn a lot about phone plans, devices, etc.
Cons: Long hours; sometimes I have to stay until the phone plan is done.
