Process

They will ask you behavioral questions. This is just to see if you have the drive and ambition to stay motivated, even though Best Buy is a non-commission environment. At first, they ask you to apply online. After that, they will call you for an in-person interview. Here, you usually sit with the GM of the location where you will work. The GM sometimes brings in one other person, but usually, it's just the two of you. If the GM really likes the way you answered some of the questions, then they will hire you on the spot. But usually, allow them a few days to get back to you. If you don't hear anything, you have to follow up!
