Just the first step of the phone interview, which was for information collection. The HR consultant was quite friendly, but she insisted on knowing my salary expectation, which I had to at least give her a range for. Other than that, the interview was quite smooth and normal. She said she would discuss with the hiring manager about the next steps, and I'm still waiting...
