I traveled in. The recruiter did a botched job of finding a flight and hotel. I had to find most of it myself. It almost scared me away, but I'm glad that I didn't get caught up in the recruiter's disorganization.

I flew in, met the team, met my supervisor, colleagues, and direct reports. We had lunch. I left!

Not really any difficult questions. It was a little tricky being unexpectedly left alone in a room with my potential future direct reports without any introduction to who they were or who I was!
