Pros: Having the ability to deliver world-class customer service. I loved learning about all the products so that I could recommend the right products without being biased.

Cons: There is most certainly a glass ceiling. If you are not one of the chosen few, you will not get promoted, regardless of how well you do.

Pros: Career growth, employee benefits, fast-paced industry, fun working environment, convenient locations, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, bonus potential.

Cons: Increased industry competition, job security in the retail industry due to economic concerns, high-pressure sales environment (if you aren't concerned with being a top performer, then you need not apply).

Pros: There were a lot of pros, including the people and professional opportunities. I liked the fact that goals and mission were clearly outlined and achievable.

Cons: Management is difficult. It's tough to get new ideas implemented and delivered in a manner that is efficient and effective.
